We can now confirm the arrangements for Parent's Evenings.
These will be well-being chats and discussions about how the children have settled into school. This is how they will work:
- Teachers will send you a Dojo message, telling you when they are available to talk to you by telephone
- Each teacher will arrange their own timings, and these slots may be in or out of school hours and will differ for each teacher
- They will give you slots of time to choose form, such as between 3 and 4 o'clock
- You will need to tell the teacher by Dojo which of these slots you prefer
- The teacher will respond by Dojo, to confirm your appointment slot, but not an exact time
- When the teacher is available, they will telephone you
- Your phone call should last between five and ten minutes
- Teachers will start making phone calls next week
- They will make calls between the 12th October and 13th November. This means that not all calls will be made before half term; some may be after the break
- Calls may have number withheld because teachers may decide to phone from their own mobiles
