Our Vision and Ethos
We firmly believe in our vision - nurturing, supporting, believing, achieving. These four words encapsulate our vision. The positive team spirit in our school promotes children’s self-esteem and their enthusiasm for learning. We have developed a curriculum with intent to meet the needs of all children and to prepare them for the next stage in their lives.
Learning experiences are enhanced by stimulating lessons, including visits and visitors. Every child is valued as an individual, praised and rewarded for their achievements.
Governors and School Leaders understand the school, have a clear vision and lead by example. We expect everyone to follow our 3 Rs (respect, resilience and reaching high) all of the time.
How do we communicate with families?
We use a range of ways to communicate with families. We think it is important that we do this so that Parents and Carers in all situations can access key messages. Our methods, including some of the apps we use, are listed on the attachment below.
