Our curriculum aims to instil aspiration and a love of learning in every child, empowering them to reach their full potential through positive learning experiences, giving them the knowledge and skills they need to achieve well in school and as they move onto adult life.

Early Years Planning

We are proud to offer a meaningful and engaging curriculum here at Drighlington Primary. We use quality texts to ensure children are taught all of the skills required for early reading and writing through exciting and vocabulary rich stories and non-fiction texts. Through each topic, we incite curiosity with interactive lessons as well as practical tasks and activities throughout our provision.
